What are my options to sort them out? I can't adopt them as I have a disabled parent at home to take care of.

I live at Vettamuku/pangode area. Could someone point me in the right direction?

There's actually 3 puppies I think.

Called people for animals tvm - posted an instagram and whatsapp message.

They didn't pick up the call on both numbers. Waiting on them.
