We’re building Avasa, a startup focused on making community living and residential association management better.

We’re now looking for our first Business development associate team member in Kochi.

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants a sales job. We’re looking for someone who is curious, energetic, great with people, passionate about startups, and willing to go beyond the job description.

Experience: 0–2 years — but attitude and communication matter much more to us than a long resume.

If you're someone who wants to get in early, learn how a startup is actually built, talk to customers, experiment, solve problems and have a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
