Hi, I am working as a Team Lead at a company in Infopark, Kakkanad.

I’m currently looking for a rental property with the following requirements:

Property Requirements:

1. 1BHK or 2BHK – If 1BHK, it should be spacious, with sufficient space in the kitchen, hall, and bedroom.

2. Car parking is mandatory.

3. Flats are preferred, followed by apartments, and then individual houses.

4. Should be in a decent and family-friendly community, as my parents will be staying with me occasionally. So, I would prefer to avoid shady or poorly maintained properties.

5. Guests should be allowed, including both male and female guests.

Preferred Locations:

Kakkanad, Chittethukara, Palachuvadu, Vennala, Alinchuvadu, Aroor, Thrikkakara, Padamugal, Vazhakkala, NGO Quarters, CUSAT,Kangarapady,Pookattupady and nearby areas.

Distance is not a major concern, so I’m open to good properties in nearby locations as well.
