As a local property professional, I am issuing a serious advisory regarding Jains Tufnel Gardens due to severe management failures:

No Water: The caretaker has officially asked paying residents to temporarily vacate and go home or stay at friends' places for 4–5 days because they cannot fix the water motor.

No water until now. (Since 18th to 22nd, issue has still not been solved)

No Lifts: Despite frequent power cuts, management refuses to run the generator backup. Residents up to the 19th floor are forced to take the stairs or wait for hours.

Zero Accountability: The caretaker refuses to help with emergencies, aggressively telling tenants to strictly "Talk to your owner."

To fellow Kakkanad brokers: 70% of this 19 floor building is occupied by bachelors who are being exploited.

With the recent rental surge, there are far better, professionally managed options nearby. Save your clients the trouble and avoid this property.

To potential tenants: The view is amazing, the apartment is indeed in a prime location.

But that view, low rent and maintenance costs will not be worth the mental agony you'll suffer.
