I'm a student living in Ernakulam and planning to buy a second-hand petrol scooter for daily college commuting.

My budget is 25-30k . I'm mainly considering a ⭐Honda Activa

(, TVS Jupiter, or Suzuki Access.)

A few things I'm looking for:

\- Kerala-registered scooter with clear RC and no pending loan.

\- Proper ownership transfer assistance.

\- Valid insurance and preferably a decent service history.

\- Mechanically sound scooter without major engine issues.

\- Transparent pricing without hidden charges.

Since I'm a student and this is a pretty tight budget, I want something reliable that won't require expensive repairs immediately after purchase.

Could you recommend any trustworthy used-scooter dealers in Ernakulam/Kochi? If you've personally purchased a scooter from a dealer here, please share your experience, both good and bad.

Also, is ₹20–30k a realistic budget for a decent used Activa/Jupiter/Access, and what should I check before paying?
