Description
Hi everyone,
I’m planning to move to a 2BHK flat or apartment around the Rajagiri–Infopark area in Kakkanad. Before finalising a place, I wanted to get some feedback from people who currently live in this area.
I’ve come across complaints about a rotten egg or sewage-like smell around Infopark, especially at night. Does this smell still persist? Is it noticeable inside nearby flats and apartments, or is it limited to certain locations?
I’ve also heard about waterlogging during heavy rains. How bad is it in this area, particularly around Rajagiri and the residential apartments nearby?
I’d appreciate recent feedback on:
\- Whether the foul smell is still an issue, especially at night.
\- Which areas or apartment complexes are affected, if any.
\- Waterlogging during the monsoon and the condition of access roads.
\- Water supply, drainage, waste management and other common issues.
\- Any other problems I should know about before renting.
I’ll be moving with my 5-month-old baby, so air quality, hygiene and a comfortable living environment are particularly important to us.
Would you recommend renting in this area, or would it be better to look elsewhere in Kakkanad?
If anyone currently lives in or near Rajagiri, Infopark, or the nearby apartment complexes, please share your honest, recent experience. It would be really helpful before I make a decision.
Thanks!
