Position: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
Experience: Freshers welcome
Preference: Hospitality / Hotel Management graduates

Salary: 10,000- 15,0000

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Explaining property details, pricing, and availability.
• Following up with potential guests and converting enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinating guest check-ins and providing assistance during their stay.
• Handling guest complaints and coordinating with operations teams.
• Managing property listings, availability, and basic website/social media updates.
• Maintaining booking and customer records.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Freshers with a Hospitality / Hotel Management background preferred.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Interest in hospitality, travel, and customer service.

No prior work experience is required. Candidates should be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and comfortable interacting with customers.
